A 12 month agreement allows us to invest properly in designing, building, and supporting your site. It also keeps our prices low — we can plan ahead and pass those savings on to you rather than charging a large upfront setup fee.
No. There are no hidden setup fees. Your monthly plan rate is the all-in price for the services described. One-time add ons like Google Maps Setup have a separate listed cost, but those are optional and clearly priced.

Yes. On the Enhanced plan, we incorporate your custom photos and images into the design. On the Basic plan, we use stock imagery appropriate for your business type. Either way, if you have brand photos you want included, just share them with us.
Yes. Every website we build is fully responsive and optimized for phones, tablets, and desktop computers. Mobile performance is a standard part of every plan.
Yes. Hosting is included in both the Basic and Enhanced plans. You do not need a separate hosting account. We manage the server environment, uptime, and daily backups so you do not have to worry about it.
Cloudflare is a global content delivery network (CDN) that can make your website load faster and add an extra layer of security. It is available as an optional add-on for $15 per month. Most small informational websites do well without it, but if speed and performance are a priority for you, it is a worthwhile upgrade.
Yes. SSL is standard on all Epic Koala websites. Your visitors will always see the padlock icon and your site will load over HTTPS.
We can add Google Analytics or other tracking tags to your site. Google Ads tracking and Facebook Pixel setup are available as optional one-time add ons. If you want analytics, just let us know when you get started or at any time after launch.
